Fixed-scope packages for small businesses.

Six packages built from the engagements in our case studies, and a readiness check for Decree-Law 10/2026. Each has a stated scope, a delivery time and an indicative price range. Nothing in your operation is replaced, no government portal is touched, and every package states where its data lives.

Prices are ranges, not quotes. Tell us which package and a little about your business; we confirm the figure, the scope and the delivery date in writing before any work starts.

How the packages work

Each package has a one-time setup fee and a monthly fee. The setup fee covers building the package around your existing documents, systems and people. The monthly fee covers hosting on our infrastructure, kept inside Kuwait where the data requires it, monitoring, the language-model and messaging costs within the stated usage cap, minor adjustments, and support in Arabic.

The packages follow the same six rules as every SME engagement we take on. Excel, the POS, the accountant and the mandoub stay. A person still logs into Sahel, MOCI or PAM and submits. Every deadline reaches two people, the operator and the signatory, in Arabic and English. Every document is Arabic first. Every output can be traced to its source. And each order states, in one sentence, where its data is stored and processed and what class of data it is.

Read the six SME rules

The six packages

Each package is the productised form of one case study. The case study shows the engagement; the package is the same system, built for your business at a stated price.

For online sellers: a readiness check

Check your own gaps

Seven yes-or-no questions drawn from the Readiness Check and from the three obligations the WhatsApp seller case names. Each "no" points to the package whose summary addresses it. Nothing is sent anywhere; the answers stay in your browser.

Are you registered with MOCI as an online seller?
Do you issue a numbered Arabic electronic invoice for every sale?
Do customers have a complaints channel they can reach?
Do your advertisements identify the provider?
Are your registration details displayed on your storefront?
Are your prices and fees shown transparently?
Do your invoices carry the fields Article 12 requires?
